We also help with company registration, virtual offices, and virtual assistants.
Who is behind Bizzure Visa?
Bizzure Visa is a Cebu City consultancy supported by our legal team.
Are you a law firm?
Bizzure Visa is a consultancy. Matters that need formal legal representation or a legal opinion, such as contested cases, blacklist or deportation issues, or court proceedings, are handled by our legal team or accredited legal professionals under a separate written engagement.
Where are you located?
9T Avenir Condo., Arch. Reyes Ave., Cebu City 6000. Office hours are Mon–Fri, 8AM–5PM, and meetings are by appointment. We also serve clients elsewhere in the Philippines and abroad by video call.
Consultations and Fees
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. Your first consultation, online or in person in Cebu City, is free and without obligation. We review your situation, recommend the most suitable visa or service, and explain the next steps.
How much do your services cost?
Every client’s situation is different: nationality, family, documents, and timelines all affect the work involved. So we do not publish fixed prices. After your free consultation, you receive a personal written quotation that separates our professional fee from government fees and third-party costs.
How do I pay?
Once you accept your quotation, we send you an invoice with payment instructions. You can pay directly (manual payment, following the instructions on your invoice), or online through our website once online payment is available (coming soon). You will receive an official receipt or invoice.
What is a deposit?
For some services, your quotation may ask for an initial deposit so we can start document review and preparation, with the balance due as stated in your quotation. See our Refund Policy for details.
Are government fees included in your fee?
No, unless your quotation says otherwise. Government fees, visa deposits, bank charges, clearances, medical exams, apostilles, translations, and courier costs are separate. We list them in your quotation.
How do I send my documents?
Email clear colour scans or PDFs to info@bizzurevisa.com, one file per document, with your name and the service in the subject line. Please make sure every page is complete and readable, with no cropped edges or glare.
Visas and Processing
Which visa is right for me?
It depends on your age, nationality, family situation, finances, and plans. As a general guide: retirees aged 40 and above often look at the SRRV; spouses of Filipinos at the 13(a); employees at the 9(g) with AEP; investors at the SIRV or quota visa; short-term workers at the SWP; and short-course students at the SSP. A consultation confirms the best fit.
How long does processing take?
Timelines depend on the agency, the visa type, the completeness of documents, and agency workload. We give you a realistic estimate for your case, but all timelines are subject to agency processing and are not guaranteed.
Can you guarantee approval?
No one can honestly guarantee approval. Decisions are made solely by the government agency. What we guarantee is careful, complete preparation and honest advice.
Do I need to be in the Philippines?
For many visas, yes, at least for filing, hearings, or biometrics. The SRRV, for example, requires you to be in the Philippines throughout the application. We can start document preparation while you are still abroad.
What is an apostille?
An apostille is a certificate that authenticates a public document for use in another country that is part of the Apostille Convention. The Philippines accepts apostilled documents from member countries. Documents from non-member countries usually need authentication by the Philippine Embassy or Consulate.
Can you help if I have overstayed or have an immigration problem?
Yes, we can review your situation. Issues such as overstaying, blacklisting, or derogatory records may require legal representation, which our legal team can handle under a separate engagement.
Working With Us
Can I work with you from abroad?
Yes. We handle consultations by video call and communicate by WhatsApp, Viber, and email. You can email clear scans or PDFs of your documents to info@bizzurevisa.com for review before originals are sent or brought in.
How do you keep my documents safe?
We handle personal data in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012. See our Privacy Policy.
What languages do you speak?
English and Filipino.
